We are looking for someone who understands how niche online communities and social platforms work (Reddit, Discord,
Your job is not marketing or sales.
Your job is to find people actively discussing certain problems online and invite them to give honest feedback on a project we are testing.
We are trying to understand how real users react to the platform.
The Goal
The goal is not to promote the platform.
The goal is to collect honest feedback from real people who are currently experiencing the problem.
Your role is to interact naturally with those users and invite them to briefly test the platform and share their genuine opinion.
Your daily tasks will include:
Identifying people actively discussing problems such as:
Doomscrolling
Algorithm fatigue
Difficulty finding useful content online
Participating naturally in discussions.
Inviting some users to briefly test the project and share honest feedback.
Collecting real user reactions and reporting them.
You may operate on any platform where real conversations are happening, including but not limited to:
Reddit
Discord
Twitter
YouTube comments
TikTok comments
Instagram comments
Forums or niche communities
The important factor is real conversations happening in real time, not the platform itself.
For example, if a video or post has many people complaining about doomscrolling, algorithm fatigue, or the difficulty of finding useful content, you may engage in that discussion naturally and invite interested users to briefly test the platform.
Expected Daily Output
Generate 5–10 real visits to the platform through honest, non-spammy invitations.
Deliver 4–5 real user insights (feedback)
Examples of insights we value:
“This is confusing because…”
“I would actually use this if it had…”
“This feels like another useless directory…”
Each insight should include:
Link to the conversation or post
Screenshot (only if a public link is not available)
Short summary of the feedback
You should:
Be comfortable navigating online communities and social platforms
Understand community etiquette and how to participate naturally
Have strong written English
Be able to detect sarcasm, frustration, and tone in conversations
This role is not spam or promotion.
This role requires natural participation in conversations.
If your messages look like marketing, communities will reject them.
Important Rules
Never:
Spam links
Copy/paste the same message
Start conversations by promoting the project
First engage naturally. Only invite people when it makes sense.
Trial Period
This role will start with a paid trial (1 week).
Typical time commitment:
2–3 hours per day
If the collaboration works well, we can continue long-term.
When applying, send me:
A Reddit thread (or any public post) where someone is complaining about doomscrolling, algorithm feeds, or difficulty finding useful content.
Write the response you would post to that person.
This helps us understand how you interact naturally in online communities.
