We’re building a premium virtual health and brain wellness program focused on ADHD, depression, cognitive performance. We need a proactive Online Business Manager or extremely talented and experienced VA to work directly with the founder to bring this vision to life.
We’re looking for a self-starter who can take initiative, not someone who waits to be told what to do. You’ll attend coaching and training calls, extract action items, manage timelines, and coordinate all moving parts to keep the business launch on track.
Key Responsibilities:
? Attend coaching & marketing calls, take action notes
? Turn strategy into weekly task lists with deadlines
? Keep the founder accountable to goals and timelines
? Set up systems, SOPs, and operations for a virtual business
? Assist with CRM, content uploads, and automation tools
? Set up and manage Instagram,
? Support launch funnels,
? Follow up with freelancers, designers, and vendors as needed
You’re a Fit If You:
? Have 2+ years as an OBM or VA for a wellness, health coaching, or digital practice
? Love organizing, building systems, and keeping others on track
? Are tech-savvy (ClickUp, Canva, GoHighLevel, etc.)
? Have excellent English (written and spoken)
? Are resourceful, focused, and dependable
Bonus if you know:
GoHighLevel, WRS, ActiveCampaign
Social media scheduling tools
Sales funnel or launch management
