JOB OVERVIEW

We are a podcast production company based in Australia who also own a studio and content creation space

Currently we are searching for an Online Business Manager to join us in a part time capacity (roughly 20 hours per week) but there is definitely potential for this role to transition to full time if this is what you want.
Must be available within AEST hours

Your responsibilities will include
- Email and diary Management
- Setting up email marketing and drafting emails for community
- Proactive community outreach and management
- Responding to booking enquiries (draft only to begin with)
- Working to implement and set up monthly workshops/webinars
- Working alongside to deliver online coaching program
- Assisting our existing VA team with production workflow and tasks as required
- Leading projects to integrate AI workflows to our current admin processes within our agency and studio
