We’re looking for a high-level Marketing VA / Online Business Manager to join our team and help manage day-to-day operations across multiple client accounts.
This is not an entry-level role — you must already be confident using tools like GoHighLevel, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
About the Role
You’ll be working closely with the founder to help manage and execute marketing campaigns for home improvement and service-based businesses (UK & US).
You will be responsible for keeping everything running smoothly — from lead flow to campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Managing GoHighLevel (GHL):
Pipelines, automations, workflows, calendars
SMS/email follow-ups
Lead tracking and organisation
Supporting
Setting up campaigns
Monitoring performance
Making basic optimisations (scaling, pausing, testing)
Social Media Management:
Scheduling content
Uploading posts/reels
Basic caption writing
Lead Management:
Ensuring leads are followed up quickly
Assigning leads to setters/closers
Keeping CRM clean and updated
General Operations:
Helping organise tasks (Notion)
Supporting day-to-day business systems
Communicating updates clearly
Requirements
Strong experience with GoHighLevel (must-have)
Experience running or managing
Basic understanding of Google Ads
Good understanding of social media workflows
Excellent English (written + spoken)
Reliable, organised, and proactive
Able to work independently and solve problems
Nice to Have
Experience in lead generation businesses
Experience in home improvement / service-based niches
Familiar with Notion, Slack, or similar tools
Working Hours
Part-time to start (20–30 hours/week)
Potential to move to full-time quickly
Pay
$4–$7/hour depending on experience
Bonuses based on performance and reliability
