We're looking for an experienced Online Arbitrage Virtual Assistant to help source profitable products for Amazon FBA across European marketplaces (FR, DE, IT, ES, UK).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research seller storefronts on
- Use Keepa Product Finder to identify qualifying candidates per seller batch, applying strict filters: minimum 3 total offers, minimum 2 FBA offers, Buy Box winner ?tween 40-70% (30-day), minimum 2 Buy Box winners (30-day), no manufacturer A+ content, no dedicated Brand Store
- Cross-check each qualified product for private label / exclusive distribution red flags before validation
- Verify ROI and margin using SellerAmp or ScorASIN (minimum 40% ROI, minimum 15% net margin required to qualify as GO)
- Identify the actual purchase source for each validated product (supplier website, retailer, or cross-border Amazon-to-Amazon opportunity)
- Compile a daily/weekly report of qualified "GO" products in a shared spreadsheet, including: ASIN, product title, sell price, source price, ROI %, margin %, source country, notes on any restrictions
WORKFLOW EXPECTATIONS:
- Work in batches of 10 seller storefronts at a time
- Prioritize by Revenue-per-ASIN ratio over raw monthly revenue
- Report time spent per batch for productivity tracking
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience with Online Arbitrage / Amazon FBA sourcing (please specify years of experience)
- Working knowledge of Keepa, SellerAmp, and/or ScorASIN
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (filters, sorting, basic formulas)
- Fluent English required; French and/or Italian a strong plus (not mandatory, translation tools acceptable)
- Detail-oriented, comfortable following a strict filtering checklist rather than free-form searching
- Reliable internet connection and availability for daily communication
