Responsibilities:
As an Onboarding Specialist, your role will be instrumental in creating a positive and reassuring experience for our clients throughout the representation process. Your responsibilities will include:
• Detailed data entry and processing for comprehensive client information.
• Drafting client correspondence, including letters and informative documents.
• Managing and submitting court filings and related documentation.
• Creating and updating client files with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Answering client inquiries and keeping them informed about the status of their case(s).
• Collaborating with courts and prosecutors' offices to obtain necessary documentation and media.
• Working with a client-focused mindset to ensure the best possible client experience.
• Participating in tea
• Performing additional duties as required to support the firm's overall objectives.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
• A sincere passion for criminal defense and helping individuals in need.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• A reliable internet connection and IT skills to maintain technology.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Systems.
