JOB OVERVIEW

TCG is seeking applications for an Onboarding Coordinator experienced in blue collar labour hire.

The Onboarding Coordinator manages the end-to-end onboarding and mobilisation of candidates across Myndshift Group’s mining, civil and heavy engineering clients. The role ensures each candidate completes all employment, compliance and site-access requirements and is ready to commence work as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate pre-employment checks, medicals, drug and alcohol testing and reference checks.
Collect and verify licences, qualifications, tickets and right-to-work documentation.
Prepare employment contracts and onboarding paperwork.
Coordinate client inductions, site access, travel and mobilisation requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance documentation.
Communicate regularly with candidates, recruiters, clients and site contacts.
Track onboarding progress and promptly escalate delays or compliance issues.
Provide candidates with clear commencement details and ongoing onboarding support.
