JOB OVERVIEW

We are a new and growing upholstery cleaning company in New York looking for a reliable Appointment Setter / Lead Closer to grow with us long-term.

We are just starting, so our lead volume is currently low. However, we are actively investing in advertising and expect the number of leads and bookings to increase.

This is NOT cold calling. Customers contact us through Facebook and Instagram ads because they are already interested in our cleaning services.

HOW IT WORKS:
When a new lead comes in, we will notify you. You should contact the customer as soon as possible, answer questions, provide pricing, and try to convert the lead into a booked appointment.

If the customer doesn’t answer, you will follow up by call and SMS.

This is an ON-CALL position. You will not be making calls continuously for several hours. Leads may come at different times throughout the day, so we need someone who can respond quickly during agreed US Eastern Time business hours.

COMPENSATION:
$15 for every successfully completed job that you book.

A completed job means the customer you booked actually receives and pays for the cleaning service.

There is no hourly salary at this stage. As our advertising and lead volume grow, your earning potential and workload will grow as well.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent spoken English
• Clear, easy-to-understand accent
• Experience communicating with US customers preferred
• Sales or appointment-setting experience
• Strong closing and follow-up skills
• Reliable and responsive
• Comfortable with calls and SMS
