Omnichannel Social Media, SEO & AI Content Manager (Base + Performance Bonuses)

We operate a fast-paced, highly dynamic portfolio of businesses based in the US, including Luxury Event Venues, Alternative Wellness & Energy Therapy and Hypnosis Retreats, Real Estate Acquisitions, Corporate Housing, and Roofing/Construction. We move fast and leverage top-tier technology. We need an energetic, highly creative Social Media & SEO Operator to act as the frontline voice of our brands using our AI systems.
The Opportunity:
You will not be writing 2,000-word blogs from scratch or spending hours guessing what to post. We supply the vision; you supply the prompts. Your goal is to use our AI tools to rapidly generate content, dominate local Facebook groups, rank our blogs, build robust marketing webinars, and drive highly engaged traffic to our sales funnels so our team can close them.
Your Responsibilities (You are the Omnichannel Operator):
* Webinar Assembly & Broad Marketing Strategy: You will help drive our overall marketing strategy (e.g., launching a real estate webinar to drive membership sign-ups). We will send you raw materials and blank video files; you will compile, edit, and piece them together into highly polished, high-converting webinar presentations and broader marketing campaigns.
* Creative Direction: Do not just wait for footage. You will direct us on what videos we need to shoot for our marketing campaigns, webinars, and ads—not just social media content.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: You are a core team player. You will work closely with our GoHighLevel Specialist to ensure your videos, webinars, and marketing assets are perfectly embedded and posted into our GHL funnels. You will also coordinate daily with our Executive Assistant to ensure brand messaging is aligned.
* Dual-Platform SEO Blogging: You will use AI to generate highly optimized blog posts based on our trending keyword research. You must flawlessly format, upload, and optimize these blogs (including URL slugs, meta descriptions, and tags) across both our GoHighLevel funnels and our WordPress sites simultaneously.
* AI Video Generation (Gemini Omni): We want our faces on camera, but we don't have time to film every day. You will use Gemini Omni to generate hyper-realistic, daily video content featuring the business owners (Natasha and Josh). You will feed scripts and prompts into the AI to create engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and edit them flawlessly.
* Facebook Group Domination, Commenting & Lead Scouting: You will actively join and grow targeted local groups (brides, real estate investors, wellness seekers). You must proactively comment, engage with followers, drop links, and capture lead information via DM to seamlessly hand them off to our GoHighLevel pipeline.
Schedule & Hours:
* 35 Hours Per Week.
* Mandatory Weekends: Because social media and event inquiries spike over the weekend, Saturday and Sunday availability is strictly mandatory to reply to comments and post live updates.
* Mandatory Daily Meetings: You will attend a daily 1 to 2-hour video tea ---------- eting (typically between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM US Central Time) alongside the GHL Specialist and Executive Assistant to review content calendars, webinar builds, and lead generation strategies.
Compensation (Escalating Base + Growth KPIs):
This role rewards proactive engagement, viral reach, and actual lead generation. We do not renegotiate base hourly rates for added tasks; your growth comes from our KPI bonus structure.
* The Escalating Base Pay:
* Month 1 (Trial & Onboarding): $4.00 / Hour
* Month 2: $6.00 / Hour
* After 90 Days: $8.00 / Hour
* The Loyalty Benefits:
* After 6 Months: A $30/month stipend provided specifically to cover your local health insurance (HMO) costs.
* 13th-Month Pay: A full extra month’s baseline salary paid every December (standard Filipino cultural bonus) for long-term stability.
* The Growth Pod KPI Bonuses :
* Viral Bonus: Earn $5 for every organically posted video (no paid ads) that crosses 100,000 views, and $25 for crossing over 1M views.
* Group Growth Bonus: Earn $10 every time you successfully grow one of our managed Group Pages by 25K new, real followers in a single month.
* The Handoff Bonus: If you organically scout a lead on social media, pass them to our GHL pipeline, and that lead is booked and closed by our internal team, you earn a $10 - $20 commission assist bonus for that closed deal.
Who You Are / Tech Requirements:
* Platform Mastery: You have hands-on, proven experience formatting blogs, embedding forms, and managing SEO metadata in BOTH GoHighLevel and WordPress.
* AI & Creative Savvy: You are highly proficient with Gemini Omni (or similar AI generation tools), TikTok/IG algorithms, Canva, and video editing software like CapCut. You know how to structure a compelling webinar.
* Communication: You write with flawless, highly engaging English. You know how to match the voice of a luxury wedding venue, and then switch to the voice of a holistic retreat.
* Strict Equipment Requirements: You must own a reliable computer/laptop, a modern smartphone, and a dedicated high-speed internet connection. You must have a backup internet connection (mobile hotspot) and a backup power source (UPS/generator). We do not provide stipends for equipment.
