JOB OVERVIEW

1. Campaign Execution (Weekly)

Plan, build, and launch weekly email campaigns across multiple Shopify brands using OmniSend

Customize copy, offers, and creative to match each brand’s voice

Coordinate campaigns around:

Promotions

Product launches

Seasonal calendars

2. Automated Flows (Core Focus)

You’ll build, audit, and continuously optimize OmniSend flows, including:

Welcome series

Abandoned cart

Browse abandonment

Post-purchase flows

Win-back & re-engagement sequences

You’ll improve flow performance using:

Segmentation

Timing optimization

A/B testing

Copy & structure improvements

3. Performance & Revenue Optimization

Track key metrics:

Open rate

Click-through rate

Conversion rate

Revenue per send

Test subject lines, copy, layouts, and send times

Identify opportunities to increase email-attributed revenue across brands

Share insights and recommendations with the team

4. Collaboration & Communication

Communicate daily via Slack

Be responsive during EST business hours

Coordinate with:

Creative

Marketing

Operations

Ask questions, flag issues, and take ownership

Proven experience using OmniSend for Shopify brands

Experience managing multiple Shopify stores or brands

Strong understanding of DTC ecommerce email marketing

Experience building and optimizing automated flows

Data-driven mindset (you understand metrics and how to improve them)

Excellent written English

Reliable availability during EST business hours (M–F)

Experience managing SMS marketing in OmniSend

Experience working with portfolio brands or agencies

Understanding of email deliverability best practices

Experience scaling email revenue, not just sending campaigns
