We’re seeking an experienced OmniSend
You’ll collaborate closely with our team via Slack, and must be available during EST business hours (Monday–Friday) for communication and execution.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Plan, build, and launch weekly
Customize messaging and creative per brand voice and offer
Coordinate campaigns around promotions, product launches, and seasonal calendars
Flow Creation & Optimization
Build, audit, and optimize OmniSend flows including:
Welcome series
Abandoned cart
Browse abandonment
Post-purchase sequences
Win-back and re-engagement flows
Improve performance through segmentation, timing adjustments, and A/B testing
Performance Optimization
Track and analyze performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue per send)
Continuously test subject lines, copy, layouts, and send times
Identify opportunities to increase
Collaboration & Communication
Communicate daily via Slack
Be responsive and available during EST business hours
Coordinate with marketing, creative, and operations teams as needed
Requirements
Proven experience managing OmniSend for multiple Shopify brands
Strong understanding of ecommerce
Experience building and optimizing automated flows at scale
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action
Excellent written English and attention to detail
Reliable availability during EST business hours (M–F)
Nice to Have
Experience managing SMS marketing within OmniSend
DTC ecommerce or portfolio-brand experience
Familiarity with deliverability best practices across multiple domains
