About the Role
ProCook Pty Ltd
is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Offshore Data Entry & eCommerce Content Administrator to assist with ongoing website management, product uploads, Shopify content updates, supplier data entry, and general administrative support.
This is a long-term remote position working with an Australian hospitality equipment company servicing commercial kitchens, cafés, restaurants, hospitals, mining camps, and franchise groups across Australia.
The role requires excellent English communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to follow systems and procedures accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Upload and maintain products on Shopify websites
Create and edit product descriptions using supplier information
Upload product images, specifications, manuals, and PDFs
Data entry of pricing, SKUs, dimensions, and technical information
Maintain product categories, tags, and collections
Assist with SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions
Update website pages and menus
Cross-check supplier pricing and stock information
Assist with spreadsheet management in Excel and Google Sheets
Maintain consistency and accuracy across multiple websites
General administration and online content support
Essential Requirements
English Language Skills (Critical Requirement)
Applicants must have strong written and spoken English skills suitable for working directly with an Australian business.
You must be able to:
Read and understand technical product information
Write clear and professional English
Communicate effectively via
Follow written procedures and instructions accurately
Poor English communication skills will not be suitable for this role.
Technical Requirements
Experience with the following is highly desirable:
Shopify
administration
Microsoft Excel
Google Sheets
Product data entry
Basic image resizing/editing
Copying and formatting supplier information
Understanding of SEO basics preferred
Experience working with Australian businesses is highly regarded.
