Looking for a a part time office and recruiting admin to join the team, this will lead up to a full time position with pay increase over time for a remote cleaning company. This is a highly fast paced role and requires alot of efficiency, attention to detail, quick thinking, problem solving, and alot of time on the phones. In this role you will be responsible interview, manage, and guide the cleaners we hire, navigate and communicate to make sure they arrive and complete their bookings, inspect their work by looking at before and after pictures, do follow up calls with the customers to ensure contractors arrived on time, did excellent work, and ask for a good review. You will need to be able to also track contractor payouts via google sheets. We are looking for someone long term to grow with us. This is not a short term gig and requires long term dedication and commitment. Ideally we like you to eventually transition to helping us build and manage our VA team as we grow. We are moving very quickly so this is not for someone who is looking for a chill job. We will need someone to help build and create our standard operating procedures which will keep building over time. Must have reliable internet connection, be able to handle stress well, and be available M-F during US Central Standard time. Must be able to navigate through our crm, booking software, and have great knowledge of using google suite, especially in google sheets and docs.
