Back Office Operations Manager (Remote) – The Bucket (Retail Business)
We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and self driven professional to manage and oversee all back office operations for our retail business. This is a remote position that requires full availability during United States Eastern Standard Time hours.

This role requires a strong understanding of billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Responsibilities include managing all billing and invoicing, handling accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections, overseeing accounts payable and vendor payments, maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks, and preparing and sending weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. The candidate will also be responsible for organizing internal data and documentation, communicating professionally with customers and vendors, and ensuring all back office operations run smoothly without constant supervision.
We are looking for someone who takes full ownership of their role, is highly organized, fast and responsive, strong with numbers, and able to work independently in a fast paced environment. This is not an assistant role, this is a position for someone who can run and manage the back office with confidence and accountability.
