Office Assistant & Social Media/Content Manager

Are we seeking a highly skilled tech, Savvy, creative, and organized Office Assistant & Social Media/Content Manager who can support daily operations while elevating our digital presence and outreach.

POSITION SUMMARY
This role combines administrative support, digital content creation, social media management, and AI-powered automation. The ideal candidate is proactive and detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You must be able to manage multiple platforms, tools, and tasks while maintaining a warm, professional, caregiver-centered tone in all communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative & Office Support
• Assist with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, email management, and document organization
• Support event planning, provider coordination, and resource distribution
• Maintain digital files, contracts, and organizational documents
• Assist with onboarding service providers, partners, and volunteers
• Support business operations, including understanding basic business structure, agreements, and contracts
Social Media & Digital Presence Management
• Manage and grow ECS presence across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and manage posts using GoHighLevel and other scheduling tools
• Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement
• Track analytics and adjust strategy to increase reach and engagement
• Maintain brand voice that is supportive, inclusive, and caregiver-centered
Content Creation & Marketing
• Create high-quality graphics, flyers, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva and Microsoft Office
• Produce short-form videos, educational content, reels, and promotional clips using AI tools
• Write captions, scripts, email campaigns, and resource materials
• Conduct market research to support content development and event planning
• Assist in developing resource guides, handouts, and caregiver tools
Website & Technology Management
• Manage and update the ECS website through GoDaddy or similar hosting platforms
• Upload resources, event information, and blog content
• Ensure website accessibility and user-friendly navigation
• Troubleshoot basic website issues
AI & Automation Expertise (Including AI Agents)
The ideal candidate must demonstrate advanced proficiency in modern AI tools and automation systems, including the ability to set up, train, deploy, and manage AI agents to improve operational efficiency and generate content.
Required capabilities include:
• Expertise in ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and other leading AI platforms
• Ability to build and manage AI agents for:
Content creation
Social media scheduling
Research automation
Customer communication workflows
Lead nurturing and CRM automation
• Experience integrating AI agents into GoHighLevel, websites, and marketing funnels
• Ability to generate short?form videos, educational clips, scripts, and marketing content using AI tools
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment
• Understanding of ethical AI use, data privacy, and responsible automation practices
Webinars & Virtual Events
• Assist with planning, hosting, and moderating webinars
• Manage Zoom/virtual platforms, chat, Q&A, and tech support
• Create slide decks, scripts, and promotional materials
• Support live engagement and follow-up communication
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience managing social media for a business or organization
• Demonstrated content creation portfolio (graphics, videos, reels, etc.)
• Proficiency in:
Canva
HighLevel
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Google Sheets & Google Workspace
GoDaddy or similar website platforms
• Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working with families of children with disabilities (experience preferred but not required)

BONUS SKILLS (Highly Valued)
• Experience in a nonprofit or family support organization
• Knowledge of early intervention, disability services, or caregiver support
• Photography or videography skills
• Experience with CRM systems
• Event planning experience
