About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Off-Page SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Your primary objective will be to drive high-quality backlinks and improve the domain authority for two key websites, the primary one is the software company
Primary Responsibilities (Off-Page SEO and Link Building)
Your core focus will be on executing a robust off-page SEO strategy to increase our search engine rankings and organic traffic.
•Strategic Link Building: Develop and execute a comprehensive backlink strategy focusing on high-authority, relevant websites in the coaching, leadership, and professional development niches.
•Guest Posting: Identify high-quality blogs and publications for guest posting opportunities. Pitch topics, coordinate content creation (or write it yourself), and secure placements with do-follow links.
•Resource Page Link Building: Find resource pages related to coaching and leadership and pitch our websites and specific articles for inclusion.
•Competitor Backlink Analysis: Analyze the backlink profiles of our top competitors to identify and replicate their most valuable link sources.
•Directory Submissions: Submit our websites to high-quality, niche-specific directories and local business listings where appropriate.
Additional Marketing Responsibilities
To maximize your impact, you will also be responsible for a variety of other digital marketing activities that support our overall growth goals.
•Strategic Partner Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential partners, such as other coaches, HR professionals, and industry influencers, to explore co-marketing opportunities, webinar collaborations, or affiliate relationships.
•Content writing and keyword research: Write high-quality, SEO-optimized articles, based on keyword analysis for our blogs and external publications. Repurpose existing content into different formats (e.g. turning a blog post into a LinkedIn article or a series of social media posts).
•Social Media Engagement: Actively participate in relevant online communities (e.g. LinkedIn groups, Reddit, specialized forums) to share our content, answer questions, and build brand awareness.
•Podcast & Interview Outreach: Pitch our key personnel as guests on relevant industry podcasts and interview series to build authority and secure high-value backlinks.
•Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor backlink acquisition, keyword rankings, and organic traffic growth using tools like Google Analytics, or similar. Provide regular reports on progress and ROI.
Requirements
•Proven experience as an Off-Page SEO Specialist or similar digital marketing role.
•Demonstrated success in acquiring high-quality backlinks through various white-hat techniques.
•Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
•Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
•Experience with SEO tools such as Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
•Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
•A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and marketing strategy.
