We are building our operations around Odoo.sh and are looking for a skilled person to manage and maintain our Odoo system while handling bookkeeping and reconciliations.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Odoo specialist who can take ownership of our Odoo system and ensure it runs smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently.
This role combines Odoo system management with daily bookkeeping and financial reconciliations.
You will be responsible for keeping our business system organised, optimised, and reliable for the team.
Key Responsibilities
Odoo System Management
• Manage and maintain our Odoo.sh ERP system
• Ensure all modules and workflows run properly
• Maintain clean and accurate data across the system
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Help tea
• Improve and optimise workflows as the business grows
• Suggest improvements to make the system more efficient
Bookkeeping & Accounting
• Daily bookkeeping inside Odoo
• Bank reconciliations
• Account reconciliations
• Invoice tracking and financial record management
• Keep financial reports accurate and up to date
Operational Support
• Assist the team with system-related tasks
• Maintain organised processes inside Odoo
• Identify ways to improve automation and efficiency
Requirements
• Proven experience working with Odoo ERP
• Strong bookkeeping and reconciliation experience
• Experience with Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Inventory, or CRM
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Clear and professional spoken and written English
Work Schedule
You must be available during Australian working hours:
Melbourne Time (AEST)
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Structure
We will begin with a 3-month trial period (part-time).
If the candidate performs well and provides the support we need, the position will transition to:
