We are a dynamic and growing company in the print industry, looking to build a robust Management Information System (MIS) to streamline our quoting, job tracking, proof approvals, customer management, and sales pipeline processes. Our goal is to create a solution that supports both retail and B2B operations while providing scalable tools for efficient business management.

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled **Odoo Developer** with expertise in developing customized modules and solutions tailored to the print industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing MIS systems, particularly in the print sector, and should be able to design, build, and implement key functionalities such as quoting, job tracking, proof approvals, and customer relationship management (CRM), sales pipeline etc... This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of Odoo's architecture and a strong ability to integrate third-party tools where necessary.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and customize Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of a print MIS system.
- Design and implement features such as quoting, job tracking, proof approvals, and inventory management.
- Build and optimize retail and B2B pricing models within the system.
- Integrate third-party tools (e.g., proofing and approval systems) into Odoo as necessary.
- Create and maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) system for tracking orders, approvals, and follow-ups.
- Develop a sales pipeline feature for managing cold, warm, and hot leads, as well as referral tracking.
- Ensure the system handles account-based information and provides different stores from various locations access to appropriate pricing and customer data.
- Maintain the scalability and flexibility of the system to accommodate future growth and additional features.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of developed modules.
- Provide documentation and training materials to ensure proper handover and user adoption.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with expertise in Odoo's framework and module development.
- Strong understanding of the print industry and MIS systems.
- Hands-on experience customizing and integrating Odoo modules, including CRM, Sales, Inventory, and Accounting.
- Proficient in Python and experience with Odoo's ORM and API integrations.
- Knowledge of database architecture and optimization within Odoo.
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployments and multi-location system management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and end-users.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience working with print shop systems or similar industry-specific software.
- Familiarity with sales pipeline management and referral tracking features.
- Prior experience integrating Odoo with third-party proofing, approval, or payment systems.
- Ability to create user-friendly interfaces and reports within Odoo.
