JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a growing exterior home service company in British Columbia, Canada, and we’re looking for a strong remote sales rep to handle warm inbound leads over the phone.

YOU NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SALES ATLEAST 3 DAYS

This is NOT cold calling.

Customers are already interested in services like:

* Roof moss removal
* Exterior window cleaning
* Gutter cleaning
* Siding washing

Your job is to speak with homeowners who have already requested a quote, understand what they need, explain our service and packages, present pricing, handle objections, and close the job.

We provide:

* Warm inbound leads
* A pricing/quoting tool
* Sales scripts and objection-handling training
* CRM and quoting software
* Full service/product training
* Ongoing coaching

## What you’ll be doing

* Take scheduled sales calls with homeowners
* Ask discovery questions about their property and what they need done
* Use our pricing tool to prepare quotes
* Present multiple service/package options
* Handle objections such as:

* “It’s too expensive”
* “I need to talk to my wife/husband”
* “I’m getting other quotes”
* “I need to think about it”
* Ask confidently for the sale
* Collect deposits from customers who move forward
* Send quotes and complete CRM updates
* Follow up with customers who don’t purchase immediately
* Keep your pipeline organized and follow our sales process closely

## Who we’re looking for

This role is NOT for someone who is shy on the phone or uncomfortable asking for the sale.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has excellent spoken English
* Sounds natural and confident speaking with Canadian/North American customers
* Has phone sales, inbound sales, call center, or closing experience
* Is comfortable handling objections
* Is coachable and willing to follow a proven process
* Is highly reliable
* Is organized with follow-up
* Is comfortable learning CRM/software tools
* Has reliable internet, a good headset, and a quiet working environment
* Can work during Canadian Pacific Time business hours

Home-service sales experience is a bonus but not required.

## Compensation

This will be a paid position with a combination of guaranteed compensation and performance incentives/bonuses.

There is significant upside for someone who can consistently close leads.

We care much more about performance than how many years of experience you have.
