ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a fast-growing travel and expedition company based in El Nido, Palawan, operating daily tours, private expeditions, and multi-day experiences for international clients.
Our operations involve boats, drivers, guides, logistics teams, and multiple on-site partners, across El Nido, Coron, and Puerto Princesa.
We are now looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to support daily field operations — someone who can be on the ground, coordinate teams, ensure standards are followed, and help solve day-to-day operational issues.
This is not a remote role. This is a field-based position.
OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – TOURISM & HOSPITALITY – PALAWAN (EL NIDO)
(Assistant Operations Manager / Field Coordinator)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be present on the ground to support daily operations across tours, logistics, and field teams (boats, drivers, guides, coordination staff)
• Ensure bookings are correctly executed and that guests receive the expected service
• Coordinate between teams (sales, operations, guides, suppliers) to avoid miscommunication and delays
• Monitor daily operations and flag issues early (delays, missing information, coordination problems)
• Ensure SOPs and service standards are followed consistently by all tea
• Support team leaders and help maintain discipline and accountability on the ground
• Assist in resolving operational issues (guest complaints, schedule changes, supplier issues)
• Track and report operational inconsistencies (booking errors, missing data, delays, etc.)
• Help improve processes and workflows as operations grow
WHAT YOU BRING
• 2–5 years experience in tourism, hospitality, or service operations (resorts, hotels, tour operators, transport/logistics, etc.)
• Experience working in on-site operations (not purely remote roles)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate between teams
• Able to follow and enforce basic procedures and standards
• Fluent in English and comfortable interacting with international clients
• Willing to be based in El Nido and travel when needed
