REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Advanced Excel skills are essential
• Strong use of formulas, filters, conditional formatting, and multi-sheet trackers
• High-level database and data-management experience
• Experience coordinating workflows across multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with Australian companies is essential
• Excellent written English and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases

PREFERRED (STRONGLY REGARDED)
• Experience working with CRM systems to manage customer or client journeys
• Direct experience using Attio CRM, including:
• Managing pipelines and lifecycle stages
• Creating custom fields and views
• Using filters to surface priority clients
• Ability to translate Excel-based workflows into Attio pipelines and logic
• Experience supporting or participating in a transition from spreadsheets to a CRM system
• Comfort working with evolving systems as the organisation scales
