TCA Wireless – Supporting Hawaii Locations

TCA Wireless is looking for a results-driven Virtual Assistant & Phone Buyer who understands how to sell phones online and buy inventory profitably.

???? Responsibilities

???? Facebook Marketplace Expert

Create and manage high-converting listings
Understand and apply Facebook Marketplace algorithm strategies
Optimize titles, pricing, keywords, and photos
Repost and refresh listings strategically
Increase listing visibility and engagement
Respond quickly to inquiries
Track which models perform best

???? Phone Buyer Responsibilities

Source affordable and reliable phone suppliers
Find phones with strong profit margins
Evaluate resale value and market demand
Handle trade-ins and buybacks
Ensure purchases make business sense

???? Coordination with Hawaii Staff

Communicate with in-store teams (Honolulu, Pearl City, Waipahu)
Confirm inventory accuracy
Update listings when items are sold
Align pricing and promotions

???? Profit-Focused Mindset

Monitor margins
Move slow inventory
Adjust strategy based on demand
Help grow overall phone sales

???? Requirements

Strong knowledge of Facebook Marketplace algorithm
Experience increasing listing reach and conversions
Experience buying and selling phones preferred
Knowledge of iPhone & Samsung models
Strong negotiation skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Sales-driven and profit-focused
