JOB OVERVIEW

FULL-TIME B2B COLD CALLER / SDR (REMOTE – PHILIPPINES BASED)

$10–$20+/hour | Long-term, stable U.S. role
We are a U.S.-based B2B sales company hiring experienced, high-performing SDRs from the Philippines for a FULL-TIME, LONG-TERM position. This is not a part-time role or side gig. We are looking for professionals who want one primary job, stable income, and long-term growth in B2B sales.

COMPENSATION
• Guaranteed base pay: $7–$8/hour (based on experience)
• PLUS $35 minimum per qualified appointment set
• Most active tea ---------- mbers earn $10–$20+/hour consistently
• Commissions paid weekly and always on time
Top performers earn more through consistency and tenure, not short-term spikes.

SCHEDULE & SETUP (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
• FULL-TIME ONLY
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• 100% remote / work-from-home
• Long-term role with consistent workload

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Outbound B2B cold calling to U.S. businesses
• Qualify prospects and set appointments
• Update CRM accurately (training provided)
• Meet weekly KPIs and performance goals
• Accept coaching and improve continuously

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Proven cold calling or appointment-setting experience
• B2B sales experience strongly preferred
• Excellent spoken English (C2 level) with neutral or U.S. accent
• Able to work full-time, exclusively, during EST hours
• Stable internet connection (minimum 300 Mbps)
• Quiet, professional home office
• Noise-canceling headset and updated computer
• Coachable, reliable, and committed long term
