We're looking for a talented, data-savvy digital marketer to lead the strategy, execution, and measurement of Aurora InfoTech's digital marketing efforts. This is a virtual assistant role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in an async, remote-first environment and is energized by building client relationships, crafting campaigns, and driving real results through social media and digital channels.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Planning
— Develop and maintain an annual digital marketing roadmap aligned with Aurora InfoTech's business objectives and mission to deliver innovative solutions for our B2B clients
— Define digital marketing strategy including channel mix, audience targeting, and campaign themes that reflect our values and resonate authentically
— Conduct competitive analysis and identify emerging digital marketing trends and opportunities
— Set quarterly and annual performance goals and KPIs; champion a growth mindset by regularly reflecting on what we learned and how we can improve
Campaign Execution
— Plan, create, and execute integrated digital campaigns across social media,
— Develop and maintain a content calendar for all social media channels
— Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social ads, display) including setup, optimization, and budget allocation
— Collaborate with content creators, designers, and cross-functional teams to produce on-brand digital assets; bring your whole self and perspective to these conversations
— Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints
Analytics & Performance Reporting
— Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI, etc.)
— Generate monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations; use data to tell the story of our impact
— Use data to identify optimization opportunities and inform future strategy; experiment boldly and learn from results
— Monitor digital marketing metrics and dashboards; communicate findings to leadership with clarity and actionable insights
General Responsibilities
— Stay current with digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices
— Manage digital marketing budget and vendor relationships
— Support broader marketing initiatives and special projects as needed
— Contribute to a collaborative, innovative culture where diverse perspectives strengthen our work and our client impact
Required Qualifications
— 3–5 years of professional digital marketing experience
— Demonstrated expertise in social media marketing and paid advertising platforms
— Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
— Proficiency with social media management tools and ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
— Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a remote environment
— Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
— Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Apollo.ai, LinkedIn Navigator, YouTube, etc.)
— Google Analytics or Google Ads certification
— Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices
— Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B marketing
— Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Teams, Halo, etc.)
