We're a fast-growing service company and we're hiring for two roles right now: a Customer Service Rep / Dispatcher and a Marketing Specialist. Both are full-time, work-from-home, and both are long-term seats on our operations team.

ROLE 1: Customer Service Rep / Dispatcher
This is a fast-paced phone and dispatch role. You're the voice of the company and the person keeping our technicians and customers moving.
What You'll Do
Handle a high volume of outbound calls professionally and with confidence.
Answer inbound calls fast and deliver excellent customer service.
Dispatch technicians and manage the daily schedule.
Keep customers and technicians updated by phone, chat, SMS, and
Watch our company chat and communication channels all through your shift.
Keep our CRM clean, accurate, and up to date.
Help with scheduling, follow-ups, and any other operational tasks that come up.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
Great at handling heavy call volume without dropping the ball.
Comfortable making outbound calls for most of the day.
Reliable and consistently available during working hours.
Highly responsive on chat and our company communication platforms.
Diligent, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Coachable, humble, and open to feedback.
A team player with a "whatever it takes" attitude.
A fast thinker who makes good decisions without constant supervision.
Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with dispatch or field service CRMs.
Background in customer service, dispatching, or 3+ years in a call center.
Excellent spoken and written English with a clear American accent.
Strong computer skills and quick to learn new software.
Stable high-speed internet, minimum 300 Mbps.
Quiet home office with a professional setup.
Headset with a clear microphone.
ROLE 2: Marketing Specialist
This role is about growth. You'll bring back the customers we've lost and pull in new ones. Two big jobs: reactivation campaigns and paid ads / lead generation. If you love running campaigns, watching the numbers, and turning a slow week into a full schedule, this is your seat.
What You'll Do
Plan and run reactivation campaigns to win back our large inactive customer base through
Build and manage paid ad campaigns on Google and
Create simple landing pages and offers that actually convert.
Write the ad copy, promo messages, and
Track everything, cost per lead, conversion rate, campaign spend, and report the numbers weekly.
Own the promo calendar and time offers around our busy seasons.
Work hand in hand with the dispatch team so every lead gets followed up fast.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
Experienced actually running paid ads, not just talking about them.
Comfortable with
Data-driven and honest about what's working and what isn't.
Creative with copy, offers, and hooks that get people to respond.
A self-starter who can run a campaign end to end without hand-holding.
Reliable and consistently available during working hours.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle several campaigns at once.
Coachable, humble, and open to feedback.
A team player with a "whatever it takes" attitude.
Upbeat and positive, even on the busy days.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience with
Basic design skills (Canva is fine) to put ads and offers together.
Marketing experience for a home or field service business is a big plus.
Strong spoken and written English.
Strong computer skills and quick to learn new software.
Stable high-speed internet, minimum 300 Mbps.
Quiet home office with a professional setup.
