The Role (In Plain English)
As our Notion Specialist, your job is to install, customize, and coach agency owners through their Operating System in Notion.
We already have proven templates, dashboards, and frameworks. Your role is to take those systems and turn them into something each agency owner actually understands, uses, and trusts.
Think of this role as:
Using Notion as a coaching tool for hundreds of agency owners.
You are not just “building pages.”
You are helping owners:
See their business clearly
Know what matters this week
Get their team aligned
Run their agency with confidence
You’ll guide clients through their system, help them adopt it, and make sure it actually works for their business.

What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)
You will spend most of your time doing the following:
Customizing and installing the Agency U Operating System in Notion
Dashboards
Project systems
Client tracking
Team workflows
Weekly execution views
Leading Notion buildout calls with agency owners
Walking them through their system
Explaining how and why it works
Helping them apply it to their real business
Coaching clients on how to use Notion to run their agency
Helping them adopt the system
Answering questions
Making adjustments when needed
Managing the full client experience during the build
Clear communication
On-time delivery
No confusion, no chasing
Working closely with our Head Coach
Making sure systems match the client’s goals
Aligning Notion setups with Agency U frameworks
Improving our Notion templates over time
Making them clearer
Making them faster to use
Making them easier for clients to adopt
Showing leadership on client calls and in Slack
