NOTION CONSULTANT – OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST
Remote (Philippines Preferred)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Force of Nature Marketing Agency is seeking a talented Notion consultant to help design, implement, and refine our internal operational systems. This is a project-based role for someone passionate about creating streamlined workflows and scalable solutions using Notion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•? ?Build and maintain Notion dashboards, databases, and templates tailored to our team’s needs.
•? ?Document workflows, map processes, and optimize operational systems for efficiency.
•? ?Provide training and support to ensure the team adopts the new system seamlessly.
•? ?Collaborate with team leads to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Essential:*
•? ?Proven experience designing systems in Notion (portfolio required).
•? ?Strong understanding of relational databases, task management workflows, and dashboards.
•? ?Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
•? ?Excellent written communication skills for documenting processes and training.

*Preferred:*
•? ?Experience working with marketing agencies or startups.
•? ?Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Asana, or ClickUp.
•? ?Background in operations or project management.
