Base salary: $500–$800 USD/month, depending on experience, plus commission as a percentage of sales.
40 hours per week, with availability during U.S. customer hours. Exact schedule and commission terms will be agreed before hiring.

About the role

Do you spend your free time watching Nissan builds, researching parts, or working on cars? Can you talk comfortably with someone building a 350Z, restoring a 300ZX, or upgrading a Frontier?

We are an automotive parts business looking for a full-time sales representative who knows Nissan vehicles and enjoys helping other enthusiasts find the right parts. You'll work with incoming leads, follow up with interested customers, research products, prepare quotes, and help turn inquiries into paid orders.

A real interest in Nissan cars and trucks is essential. We want someone who can understand a customer's build, ask useful questions, and take ownership of helping them buy.

What you'll do

- Respond to incoming inquiries by text, email, and phone, and make follow-up calls to interested leads.
- Read the conversation history before replying so customers don't have to repeat themselves.
- Understand the customer's vehicle, existing modifications, intended use, budget, and purchasing timeline.
- Research suitable parts and verify fitment using manufacturer information, part numbers, and approved supplier resources.
- Help with performance upgrades, suspension, brakes, wheels, exterior parts, and replacement-part inquiries across Nissan cars and trucks.
- Check supplier availability and lead times, then present clear product options, pricing, and next steps.
- Prepare quotes and order or payment links using our approved process, answer objections, and follow through to purchase.
- Follow up on open quotes, sourcing requests, and backorders with useful updates.
- Help customers with checkout difficulties and order questions, coordinating with the team when needed.
- Keep GoHighLevel conversations, contact notes, opportunities, and follow-up tasks organized.
- Escalate uncertain technical questions and requests outside our supply capabilities. Confirm fitment, stock, and delivery estimates before promising them.

Who we're looking for

- Strong practical knowledge of Nissan vehicles and enthusiasm for the brand, including cars and trucks.
- Familiarity with platforms such as the 240SX, 300ZX, 350Z/370Z, Frontier, and Titan, plus a willingness to research less familiar models.
- Understanding of how model year, engine, transmission, body style, drivetrain, and existing modifications can affect part compatibility.
- Sales experience and the confidence to recommend an option, ask for the sale, and follow up professionally.
- Clear, natural written and spoken English and comfort speaking with U.S. customers by phone.
- Good research skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Reliable internet, a suitable computer and headset, and a quiet place for calls.

Automotive parts sales, parts-counter work, ecommerce sales, GoHighLevel, and Shopify experience are strong advantages. Experience working on your own car or helping with builds is also valuable; owning a Nissan is not required.

Customers receive timely, specific answers. Quotes are accurate. Every active inquiry has a clear next step. You build trust through product knowledge and turn suitable opportunities into paid sales.
