JOB OVERVIEW

This is not a typical VA job. Read all of it.

We run six local newsletters and Instagram accounts in the US. Our drafts are written by automation. Your job is to make sure everything that goes out is correct, and to handle our sponsors professionally by email.

What you will do

Sponsor placements
- Check each sponsor ad against what the sponsor sent us
- Email the ad to the sponsor for approval, in clear and professional English
- Make the changes they ask for, quickly and exactly, and send the updated version back
- Get their approval in writing before anything runs
- Follow up politely when a sponsor has not replied and the deadline is close

Newsletters and Instagram
- Check each newsletter draft before it sends: names, dates, cities, links, images
- Build one Instagram carousel per account each weekday from our templates
- Tell us early when something is late, missing, or unclear

Our sponsors are local US business owners who pay us every month. You will be the person they hear from most, so your emails represent the company.

Do not apply if
- You are not comfortable emailing US business owners directly
- You cannot work 5 hours every weekday, with 4 of them between 8 PM and 4 AM Philippine time
- You do not have backup power and backup internet
- You plan to pass the work to someone else
- Small mistakes do not bother you
- You plan to use AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other) to write your application

What you get
- $1,000-$1,300 USD per month for 25 hours a week, paid every two weeks through Wise
- Long-term work with one owner, clear written processes, and room to grow
- A fast decision. Final interviews are Sunday, October 4 at 10 PM Philippine time (10 AM US Eastern), and paid trials start Wednesday.
