JOB OVERVIEW

Journey Psyche is a fast-growing U.S. psychiatry company operating across multiple states, with a strong focus on high-quality medication management, new patient access, and operational excellence.

We are currently active in California, Arizona, Washington, Missouri, and additional expanding markets, and we are continuing to grow quickly. We are also bringing another company on board in June/July, which will significantly expand our reach and provider base.

This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment. We are not a small static practice — we are building a serious multi-state mental health company with strong systems, strong execution, and long-term vision.

This is a career position, not a short-term freelance role.

Position Overview

We are hiring a New Patient Growth & Digital Execution Coordinator to help us expand provider visibility, maintain directory and website accuracy, support referral outreach, and coordinate digital execution as we scale.

This is not a strategy-only role and not just a “marketing assistant” position.

This is an execution-heavy growth role for someone who can move quickly, follow direction, stay organized, and help us maintain ---------- ntum across many channels.

Core Mission

Your role is to help us grow new patient flow by making sure our providers are:
• visible
• accurate
• bookable
• properly represented across digital platforms
• supported by consistent outreach and referral execution

What You’ll Be Working On

1. Directory Setup & Maintenance

Build and maintain provider and practice profiles on platforms such as:
• Zocdoc
• Psychology Today
• Zencare
• Doximity
• Healthgrades
• Vitals
• WebMD Care
• Google Business / related listings
• Additional directories as assigned

Tasks include:
• Creating new provider profiles
• Updating specialties, bios, and insurance information
• Uploading photos/videos
• Maintaining consistency across all sites
• Checking links and booking accuracy
• Keeping providers visible in all active markets

2. Website & Location Execution

You will help support our ongoing growth by working with our website developer and internal team to keep everything updated.

This includes:
• provider page updates
• location page updates
• city-specific pages
• booking links
• service descriptions
• insurance messaging
• cross-linking support between provider listings and website pages

3. Referral & Outreach Coordination

This role will also support our referral outreach engine.

That includes:
• helping set up and organize referral email systems
• coordinating provider referral lists
• supporting outreach campaigns to referral sources
• making sure outreach materials are updated and ready
• helping keep referral communication consistent as we grow

This is a major part of the role and will become more important over time.

4. Digital Growth Coordination

You will work closely with our digital team and outside partners.

This may include coordination with:
• our website developer
• our Google Ads / advertising support
• our head of digital media
• our automation team working on marketing tools and workflows

You do not need to be the top strategist in all of these areas, but you must be able to help coordinate, update, execute, and keep things moving.

5. YouTube / Facebook Content Distribution Support

We create direction internally. You help execute.

This may include:
• uploading YouTube videos
• entering captions and descriptions
• updating profile content
• posting or updating basic materials across digital platforms

There will be some content creation role here using Canva and other tools . It is heavy on an execution role.

6. Daily Visibility & Growth Checks

You will regularly help check:
• Are providers live?
• Are listings accurate?
• Are links working?
• Are insurance plans correct?
• Are city pages updated?
• Are referral materials current?
• Are digital growth tasks moving?

Who This Role Is For

This role is for someone who:
• follows instructions very well
• can move quickly
• can copy, paste, build, update, and maintain systems
• is comfortable doing repetitive execution work
• likes structure
• can work across multiple platforms without getting overwhelmed
• can coordinate with multiple people and keep work moving

Who This Role Is NOT For

This role is not ideal for someone who:
• wants to only brainstorm strategy
• gets bored with execution work
• needs constant supervision to finish tasks
• prefers slow-paced or low-pressure environments
• struggles to stay organized across many moving parts

Why This Role Matters

We are in a growth phase where provider visibility directly impacts revenue, schedule fill, and patient access.

When this role is done well:
• more providers are bookable
• more markets are visible
• more referrals come in
• our growth channels stay active
• leadership is not pulled in 10 directions

This role will become more valuable as the company grows.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means:
• providers launched faster
• directories updated correctly
• new locations supported quickly
• referral outreach organized
• digital execution moving without constant reminders
• fewer gaps, fewer broken links, fewer delays
• stronger support for new patient growth

Experience That Helps

• Zocdoc
• Psychology Today
• Zencare

• YouTube uploads
• digital marketing support
• referral/outreach coordination
• working with checklists and repeatable systems

Work Environment
• Fast-paced
• High-growth
• Multi-state
• Execution-focused
• Long-term opportunity

This is a role for someone who wants to grow with a company and take pride in helping build something real.

Schedule
• Full-time preferred
• Must be reliable
• Must communicate clearly
• Must overlap at least partially with U.S. business hours but can be on PH time

If you are fast, reliable, organized, and strong at execution, this could be a great fit.

Starting rate: $6.50–$7.00/hour (based on experience)
