NetSuite Order Management & EDI Coordinator
We are a U.S.-based consumer products company looking for an experienced NetSuite Order Management & EDI Coordinator to oversee and monitor orders across our retail, distributor, and e-commerce customers.
IMPORTANT: Hands-on NetSuite experience is required for this position. Please do not apply if you have not previously worked in NetSuite.
This is not simply an order entry position. Some orders come in automatically through EDI, while others are manually processed by different team members. Your job is to maintain visibility over the entire order flow and make sure orders are processed, monitored, and followed through to completion.
Responsibilities
Monitor incoming and open orders in NetSuite
Monitor and work with EDI orders and related documents
Process sales orders and assign orders to other team members as needed
Monitor ship dates, cancel dates, backorders, holds, and other exceptions
Identify orders that are delayed, stuck, or require attention
Follow up with team members to make sure issues are resolved
Maintain accurate order tracking and provide management with visibility into outstanding orders
Requirements
Hands-on NetSuite experience is required
Previous EDI order processing or order management experience
Experience working with sales orders, fulfillments, backorders, inventory availability, and customer orders within NetSuite
Experience with U.S. retailers, distributors, or e-commerce customers preferred
Strong Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Clear written English
Comfortable monitoring a high volume of orders and proactively identifying problems
