Job Opening: Spanish-Speaking Virtual Assistant & Caller (Full-Time)

Position: Virtual Assistant & Caller
Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Language Requirement: Native or Fluent Spanish (required), Basic English (preferred)
Location: Remote (Global applicants welcome)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or fixed salary (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We’re looking for reliable, enthusiastic, and highly communicative Spanish-speaking Virtual Assistants and Callers to support our fast-growing operations. This is a full-time remote role for individuals who enjoy helping people, are detail-oriented, and can follow scripts and instructions with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to clients and leads in Spanish
• Follow structured call scripts and workflows
• Perform inbound call support as needed
• Schedule appointments, follow up with clients, and update CRM systems
• Assist with general administrative tasks: data entry, email support, and calendar management
• Translate or relay messages between Spanish-speaking clients and English-speaking teams (if applicable)
• Ensure client satisfaction with professional and courteous communication

Requirements:
• Fluent or Native Spanish speaker (clear pronunciation a must)
• Prior experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or call center support
• Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, U.S. business hours preferred
• Tech-savvy with comfort using tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, CRMs, or dialer platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a strong plus
• Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, or appointment-setting is a bonus
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients
