JOB OVERVIEW

We have a credit repair type business that is growing fast. It's a niche of credit repair called tradelines which helps people boost their credit scores.

WE REQUIRE CLEAR, NEUTRAL SPOKEN ENGLISH — YOU WILL BE ON THE PHONE WITH US CLIENTS DAILY.

This role handles client files by phone and email. You'll pull credit reports, call clients to identify unauthorized inquiries and inaccurate accounts, collect documents, and prepare dispute letters from our templates. All letters are reviewed by our US team before they go out.

Knowledge of credit repair is necessary. We are looking for someone who knows English very well, is extremely detail-oriented, and can follow a written process exactly.

Most likely about 20 hours per week, all during MST time.

We are also someone looking to do cold calls for our real estate business. minimal accent is important
