JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,
I own 2 small businesses in Minnesota, USA and am looking for advertising and marketing help. I have been running Facebook ads with some success, but would like to add Google Adwords into the mix for both businesses.

Business #1 is a local martial art school. Need advertising focused on local residents located within 10 miles of our facility. Need campaigns for each of our programs (kids, teens, adults, afterschool, & summer camps). Need unique messaging for our traditional school. ----------

Business #2 is a resort in northern MN that has vacation cabin rentals and full-service boat marina. Need advertising focused on the Midwest region, attracting guests within ~500 miles of the resort. Need campaigns for fishermen, families, travelers looking for new experiences (national park, nature adventures, night sky / northern lights, and photography). ----------

I am looking for someone who can understand the market for both types of businesses and can research as necessary to generate good campaigns & keywords that drive traffic and sales. Both businesses have unique aspects to highlight relative to the competition, yet I also want to make sure that there are some advertisements which are positioned in line with a few key competitors.

I would also like to make sure that google analytics are in place for monitoring, and also have facebook pixel in place for ---------- campaigns. Help optimizing SEO is likely needed as well.

High quality English is a must for all candidates, plus proven experience with both Google Adwords / Analytics, & Facebook Ads / Pixel / Retargeting.

Since this position includes creation of campaigns plus ongoing work for monitoring and updating campaigns as the yearly season / business cycle goes on, compensation to VA is paid at an hourly rate.

After ad campaigns are up and running, I do have an interest in having a VA help with some social media posts and related graphic editing. If you have that experience and are interested in more work this is a plus, but not necessary, as the ad campaigns on both platforms for both businesses are my #1 priority right now.
