We are looking for an energetic and motivated Cold Calling Sales Assistant to join our team remotely from the Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to pre-qualified leads using a provided list. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, so a professional phone presence and clear English communication skills are essential.

• Make a minimum of 1,000 outbound cold calls per week using a pre-generated lead list provided to you
• Introduce our services to potential clients in a professional, friendly, and persuasive manner
• Follow provided call scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation
• Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities
• Log all call activity, outcomes, and notes accurately in the CRM or tracking system
• Schedule follow-up calls or appointments as needed
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call volume and conversion targets
• Provide daily/weekly reports on call metrics and pipeline activity

Requirements
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
• Clear, neutral, or American-sounding English accent (strongly preferred)
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls (200+ calls per day)
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay on task
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking software
• Professional phone demeanor and positive attitude toward rejection handling
• Reliable computer with a quality headset and microphone

Nice to Have
• Experience in B2B sales or technology/hosting services
• Background in lead generation or appointment setting
• Knowledge of VOIP systems and auto-dialers
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs
