JOB OVERVIEW

We are a specialized dental and orthodontic marketing agency looking for a Social Media Guru who brings more than execution skills to the table. We want someone who thinks independently, generates original concepts, and is always a few steps ahead.
What You'll Do
• With guidance you will develop and own social media strategies for multiple dental and orthodontic practice clients across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Originate content concepts proactively, bringing fully formed ideas to clients rather than waiting to be directed.
• Build monthly content calendars that are strategic, trend-aware, and tailored to each practice's growth goals.
• Concept, produce, and edit short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks, that are scroll-stopping and on-brand.
• Design professional social graphics, carousels, and stories with a polished, consistent visual language.
• Write captions that are engaging, human, and compliant with healthcare advertising standards.
• Monitor performance, identify what is working, and adapt strategy accordingly.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and bring relevant, actionable ideas to clients before they ask.

We are looking for
• 3+ years of social media management experience, ideally in dental, medical, or healthcare marketing.
• A proven ability to develop original content concepts independently, without heavy direction or hand-holding.
• A strong portfolio of short-form video work (Reels and/or TikTok) d
• Solid graphic design skills with an eye for professional, clean visual presentation.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA considerations, patient privacy in visual content, and responsible clinical claims.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across multiple brand voices.
• Comfort working autonomously in a remote environment while staying accountable to deadlines and clients.

The right person for this role does not wait for a content brief. They show up with three new ideas, a rough concept video, and a point of view. They spot a trending sound and immediately know how to make it work for an orthodontic practice. They think like a strategist and create like an artist.

Bonus Points
• Direct experience in orthodontic or dental practice marketing.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel
• Background in Meta Ads Manager or paid social integration.
• Experience managing content for multi-location healthcare groups.
