NOW HIRING: Junior Sales Rep — Remote Staffing
Remote | Full-Time
OTE: $1500/month

Yuva Virtual places trained virtual assistants inside US businesses. Our deepest specialization is medical — clinics and private practices across the United States. That’s where most of your calls will be.

You own our pipeline. Every lead in our CRM is yours to work — fresh inbound, live conversations, deals that stalled, no-shows that need rebooking, and older leads that went quiet. These are people who already raised their hand. Your job is to make sure not one of them slips.

Get them onto our closer’s calendar.

You will not be running sales calls — not at first. You book them, our closer runs them. Reps who consistently hit their numbers and prove they can run a conversation move up into their own calls at senior pay.

THE WORK
• Work every stage of our GoHighLevel pipeline — call, text, and email new inbound leads, active opportunities, stalled deals, no-shows, and leads that went quiet
• Follow up on a fixed cadence. Nothing sits untouched. If a lead has been sitting, that’s on you.
• Book qualified discovery calls using our checklist — real calls, not filler
• Keep the CRM spotless: every lead has a stage, a note, and a dated next action
• Brief the closer before every call, then sit in and take notes

One number defines your week: qualified discovery calls held.

COMPENSATION
• $5.5–$7/hour based on experience, 40 hrs/week
• $10 for every booked call that is held and passes qualification (no-shows and unqualified don’t count)

WHO THIS IS FOR
• You have real phone sales experience — you’ve carried a number and hit it. B2B, B2C, inbound, outbound, we don’t care where you learned it.
• You communicate well. Your spoken English is clear enough for a 62-year-old clinic owner in Ohio to follow on the first pass, over a phone line — and you can think on your feet when a conversation goes sideways.
• You’re organized. Nothing falls out of your CRM.
• You want to become a closer and you’re willing to earn it first
• You can be measured on one public number every week without falling apart

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
• Anyone who needs reminding to follow up
• Anyone who lets a lead go quiet and calls it dead
• Anyone who wants to run sales calls on day one — that’s not this seat

• You’ve worked at a VA, staffing, outsourcing, or recruitment company in any role — including as a VA
• Healthcare or medical background — clinics are our specialty and this is the single biggest edge to have
• You’ve sold to US small business owners

REQUIREMENTS
• 10:00am–8:00pm US Eastern, Mon–Fri, with a 2-hour midday break (8 working hours/day). You need to be genuinely available across that entire window, wherever you are. Do not apply if these hours don’t work for you long-term.
