We are looking for someone who genuinely understands Facebook and Instagram ads and knows how to generate consistent results.

If you are an experienced Meta Ads Manager or Media Buyer with a proven track record of generating strong ROI, this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.

You will be responsible for running and improving lead generation campaigns that help dental practices across the UK attract new patients and grow their business.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a performance focused Meta Ads specialist who:

• Has extensive experience running Meta advertising campaigns
• Has a proven history of generating strong results for clients
• Can quickly identify weak points in campaigns and improve performance
• Is focused on improving key metrics such as cost per lead, click through rate and return on ad spend
• Is proactive, organised and comfortable working independently

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys performance marketing and takes pride in achieving measurable results.

Your Responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage Meta advertising campaigns
• Optimise campaigns daily to improve lead quality and performance
• Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop strategies to generate consistent, high quality leads
• Troubleshoot issues with campaigns or integrations
• Work closely with the team to improve internal campaign systems
• Assist with automations and integrations using tools such as Zapier and GoHighLevel

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and campaign ----------
• Experience running lead generation campaigns
• Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining strong performance
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Slack or GoHighLevel is a bonus
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
