JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based Financial Services company. We are looking for a reliable, experienced COLD CALLER / APPOINTMENT SETTER to join our team. Hourly + Bonuses per showed appointment.

YOUR JOB:
You will be calling AGE LEADS - people who previously filled out a form online requesting information about Mortgage Protection and other insurance products (mainly Mortgage Protection).

Your job is to contact them, build quick rapport, find out if they are still interested, and BOOK AN APPOINTMENT on our calendar for our licensed agents.

This is NOT hard selling. Your job is to SET the appointment.

We provide ALL the leads. No need to find your own.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call aged leads daily (we provide the list and dialer/CRM)
- Follow the script but sound natural and conversational
- Qualify leads and book 1-3 appointments per day once trained and up to speed
- Update CRM / Calendar correctly
- Show up on time for your shift
- Attend brief team training / check-ins

REQUIREMENTS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
- Previous calling experience REQUIRED (Appointment Setting / Telemarketing / Cold Calling / BPO)
- Excellent English - Not too heavy accent, good comprehension, conversational
- Good internet connection (at least 15mbps) + backup internet / data
- Laptop / PC with headset and quiet work environment (no background noise / kids/Appliances etc.)
- Ability to work US Hours (EST / PST shift)
- Coachable, reliable, and consistent - You must show up every day
- Experience with CRMs, Google Calendar, and dialers is a PLUS

SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time but open to someone to start Part-Time (20-30 hours/week)
- US Eastern Time (Night shift in PH) - We will discuss exact hours in interview

COMPENSATION:
- Base Pay: $3.50 per hour + $10 BONUS PER SHOWED APPOINTMENT
- Paid Weekly via Wise / PayPal / Payoneer
- Bonuses for performance and consistency
- Long-term position for the right person
