We are seeking a hero of a Paid Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for an experienced digital marketer who thrives in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads and is looking for flexible hours with the potential for growth.

You’ll be responsible for managing and optimising ads across two accounts to begin with, ensuring we drive high-quality traffic and conversions. If you have at least five years of experience in performance marketing, are certified (or willing to be with our support), and can work magic in just two hours a day, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities (2 Hours/Day)
Daily Ad Account Management (1 Hour/Day)
Google Ads (Essential) & YouTube Ads (Important): Optimize campaigns for conversions, adjust bids, manage budgets, and refine targeting strategies.
Meta Ads (Bonus): Oversee ad performance, audience targeting, and campaign adjustments.
A/B Testing: Run experiments on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Ensure Campaign Efficiency: Regularly analyse performance metrics and adjust accordingly.
Performance Analysis & Reporting (30 Min/Day)
Monitor KPIs: Track performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPA, etc.).
Data-Driven Recommendations: Provide insights on budget allocation and scaling strategies.
Weekly Mini Report: Summarize key takeaways and action points.
Confident on video calls to answer questions and chat about the ad strategy
Strategy & Growth Support (30 Min/Day)
Campaign Expansion: Identify new targeting opportunities and test new campaign strategies.
Ad Copy & Creative Feedback: Suggest improvements for visuals and messaging.
Future Growth: Work with us to prepare for scaling as we onboard more clients.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads (YouTube Ads a major plus).
A hero at creating and optimising high-performing paid ad campaigns.
Experience managing budgets efficiently for multiple accounts.
Certification in Google Ads (or willing to get certified with our support).
Analytical mindset with strong knowledge of ad performance metrics.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and retargeting.
Bonus: Experience in sectors that match ours.
