Are you organized, detail-driven, and motivated to turn leads into customers? Palmer Construction is looking for a Remote Sales Support & Lead Coordinator to be the engine behind our sales team. You’ll ensure every lead is followed up with and every sales rep has the support they need to close deals.
What You’ll Do
Lead Management: Call, qualify, and schedule inspections for new leads immediately.
Lead Nurturing: Follow up with leads to keep them engaged in the sales funnel.
Coordination: Track job statuses, manage rep calendars, and ensure meetings stay on schedule.
Admin Support: Create weekly sales meeting slides, reports, and track action items.
Customer Touchpoints: Make professional welcome calls to new clients.
What We’re Looking For
Sales-Driven Mindset: You understand the urgency of follow-ups.
Strong Communicator: Confident on the phone and in professional follow-ups.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools, calendars, and spreadsheets.
Detail-Oriented:Highly organized and capable of taking ownership of tasks.
Preferred Experience
-Sales experience with US-based clients is a major plus.
-Experience in sales coordination, appointment setting, or admin support.
-Familiarity with CRM systems and remote collaboration tools.
-Knowledge of roofing or construction is a plus, but not required.
