Hi! I’m looking for a reliable NDIS Recruitment / Onboarding Virtual Assistant to support my growing business. You’ll be working directly with me to help source candidates, manage onboarding, and ensure compliance requirements are completed smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Manage NDIS onboarding requirements (documents, clearances, compliance checks)
Track and update candidate and employee records
Coordinate with applicants to complete onboarding steps
Support general admin and recruitment-related tasks
Candidate Requirements:
At least 6 months experience in recruitment, onboarding, or admin support
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Good English communication skills
Comfortable using Google Workspace and/or recruitment tools
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice-to-have:
Experience with NDIS onboarding or compliance requirements
Familiarity with recruitment platforms or ATS systems
Experience working with Australian clients or healthcare providers
