We are looking for an experienced NDIS Admin & Compliance Officer to support an Australian Disability/NDIS Provider.
This role is ideal for someone who already understands the NDIS environment and is confident creating and maintaining documentation, agreements, forms, and compliance records.
Key Responsibilities
NDIS Administration
Manage and maintain participant and client records
Organise electronic files and ensure documentation is complete and up to date
Prepare and update Service Agreements
Prepare participant onboarding documents and forms
Assist with general administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records and trackers
Attend meetings when required and take meeting notes/minutes
Handle
Documentation & Forms
Create, format, and update professional NDIS documents
Service Agreements
Participant intake/onboarding forms
Assessment forms
Consent forms

Risk Assessment forms
Policies, procedures, checklists, and templates
Other documents required by the provider
You should be comfortable taking an existing process or requirement and turning it into a clear, professional, and easy-to-use document or form.
NDIS Compliance Support
Review participant files for missing or outdated documentation
Maintain compliance registers and trackers
Assist with i
Conduct regular file and documentation checks
Support preparation for internal and external audits
Ensure required documents are properly completed, signed, stored, and updated
Assist management in maintaining NDIS compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
NDIS EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED.
The ideal candidate:
Has previous experience working with an Australian NDIS Provider
Has strong NDIS administration and compliance knowledge
Can independently create professional documents, agreements, assessment forms, and templates
Has excellent attention to detail
Is highly organised and good at file management
Can identify missing documents or compliance gaps
Is comfortable following up with tea
Has good written and spoken English
Is proactive, reliable, and coachable
Can work independently with minimal supervision once trained
Software Experience
Experience with NDIS CRM systems is highly regarded. Experience with MYP, Xero, Keepay, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and similar systems will be an advantage.
Important
This is not purely a general VA/Admin position.
We need someone who understands the importance of documentation and compliance within an NDIS organisation. You will be expected to help keep participant files, agreements, assessments, forms, and compliance records organised and audit-ready.
