About Us
We are a fast-growing US-based company with 9+ years in business and 150+ employees. As part of our push into automation services, we’re scaling up dedicated N8N expertise. This is not a freelance gig — we’re building a long-term team of professionals who want to grow with us.
Position Overview
We are looking for a N8N Flow Creator to design, build, and optimize automation workflows. This role is hands-on and technical, focusing on translating business needs into scalable automations that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Key Responsibilities
Flow Development: Build, test, and deploy automation workflows using N8N across multiple use cases (marketing, CRM, data sync, reporting, etc.).
Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor existing flows, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve performance and reliability.
Customization: Adapt standardized base flows into client-specific solutions, ensuring flexibility and scalability.
Documentation: Clearly document workflows, logic, and best practices for internal teams and knowledge sharing.
Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, customer success) to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience creating workflows in N8N or similar automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.).
Strong technical foundation: APIs, integrations, JSON, and basic coding (JavaScript/Python preferred).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong written communication for documentation and handoff purposes.
Why Join Us?
Stability & Scale: Established company with long-term growth plans.
Career Track: This is a career role, not a short-term contract.
Impact: Build automations that directly shape how hundreds of businesses operate.
Culture: Join an innovative, automation-first team with room to grow.
Hiring Process
Initial screening interview.
Technical interview with hands-on automation questions.
Final project: candidates complete a small N8N workflow challenge to demonstrate skills.
