Compensation & Growth Path

90-Day Structured Trial Period (Non-Negotiable)

A proven ramp-up path with guaranteed monthly increases:

• Type: Full-time Contractor (40 hours/week)

Core Responsibilities

• Architect and build automations in N8N for marketing, business, and communication flows
• Design workflows that eliminate 70%+ of manual processes
• Create self-healing systems with comprehensive error handling
• Build scalable solutions that grow with business needs

• Use AI assistants for workflow prototyping, prompt engineering, and automation scripts
• Leverage Claude, GPT-4, and other LLMs to accelerate development
• Build AI-driven decision trees and intelligent routing systems
• Implement cutting-edge AI features as they become available

• Integrate and optimize workflows for databases, CRMs, cloud storage, chatbots, and voice bots

Requirements

• Portfolio or demos of relevant N8N workflows (any area—business ops, marketing, chat, or voice)
• Minimum 30+ production workflows built and deployed
• Examples showing real business impact and cost savings
• Complex multi-system integrations

>>>Technical Skills
• Expert-level N8N proficiency (cloud and self-hosted)
• Strong API integration skills (REST, GraphQL, webhooks)
• JavaScript/Python for custom functions
• Database operations and data transformation
• Experience using AI tools or willingness to learn rapidly on the job
