Role Description The Multimedia Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surallah, South Cotabato. This role is responsible for planning, producing, and editing multimedia content, including images, graphics, video, and audio for company projects and campaigns. The Multimedia Specialist collaborates with internal teams to understand project requirements, develop concepts, and ensure that all materials align with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include operating multimedia equipment, managing asset libraries, optimizing content for various platforms, and maintaining organized project files. The role also involves supporting live or recorded presentations, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing creative ideas to improve visual and interactive communication.



Qualifications

Ability to plan, create, and edit visual content such as graphics, images, and layouts using industry-standard design tools.
Skills in video and audio production, including recording, editing, and post-production for digital channels.
Experience optimizing multimedia content for web, social media, and presentation formats, ensuring quality and performance.
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency and high production standards.
Familiarity with basic IT and equipment troubleshooting in a multimedia production environment.
Relevant diploma or degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in a multimedia, design, or content production role is an advantage.
