What we're looking for?
We’re looking for creative minds to own our internal branding and social media content, including platforms
If you’re passionate about design, content, and storytelling, and want to leave your mark on a fast-growing digital agency, we’d love to have you on the team.
What You’ll Do:
• Produce a high volume of social and marketing graphics every week, keeping pace with a busy multi-platform posting schedule
• Design assets across multiple formats: Instagram posts/stories, carousels, thumbnails, TikTok/YouTube covers,
• Deliver work quickly and consistently, balancing daily turnaround tasks with longer-form projects like pitch decks, reports, and one-pagers
• Maintain flawless brand standards in Canva and other tools — typography, color, and layout are always consistent and polished
• Catch and correct errors before delivery — no typos, misalignments, or low-res imagery
• Manage overlapping deadlines while supporting the Brand Team with template upkeep and asset library organization
• Occasionally contribute ideas to strengthen a brief, but focus remains on fast, reliable execution
Who You Are:
• 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally focused on social media and marketing content
• Portfolio that proves you can handle volume, speed, and polish at the same time
• Highly proficient in Canva (required); Adobe Suite skills a plus
• Comfortable designing for multiple channels in parallel and adapting creative across formats
• Detail-obsessed: you don’t let mistakes slip through
Work in tight deadlines & meet high standards for quality
• Available during PST business hours (night shift in PH)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and take direction well
Bonus Points
• Basic animation or motion graphics skills
• Experience with U.S.-based remote teams
•Familiarity with tools like Slack, Trello, and GDrive
Compensation & Schedule:
• $1,000/month
• ~30 hours per week
• Must be available during PST hours
• Independent contractor role, long-term
