Multi-Login Account Manager (Remote) — Multi-Account Operations Specialist

Get paid to run a browser full of accounts — from home, on your own machine

If you're the person who already juggles a dozen browser profiles, keeps every login organized, and never mixes up which account is which — this role was built for you.

We're a remote-first media company looking for a Multi-Login Account Manager to run our multi-account setup day to day: creating and maintaining browser profiles, keeping sessions clean and separated, organizing credentials, and making sure every account we manage stays healthy and accessible to the right team member.

You'll work from home on your own high-speed connection and a solid PC, with a team that documents everything, respects your time, and doesn't micromanage.

What you'll do
Create, configure, and maintain profiles in multi-login / multi-account browser tools (AdsPower, GoLogin, Multilogin, Dolphin Anty, Incogniton, or similar)
Organize and securely manage credentials, 2FA codes, and recovery details using a password manager
Assign and rotate profile access across team members and keep permissions tidy
Monitor account health, resolve login and verification issues, and escalate anything unusual
Keep a clean, up-to-date tracker of every account, owner, status, and login method
Follow each platform's terms of service and our internal account-handling policy on every profile
Document repeatable processes so the next person can pick up your work without guessing
Coordinate daily with channel managers, editors, and the operations lead over Slack
What we're looking for
Hands-on experience with multi-login / anti-detect browser tools or managing many accounts across platforms
Comfortable with password managers, 2FA apps, and basic account security hygiene
Highly organized — you naturally build spreadsheets and trackers without being asked
Reliable and self-directed in a remote setup; you communicate when something is off
Solid written English for team communication
Detail-oriented enough that "which profile am I in?" is never a question you have to ask

Nice to have (not required): experience with social media or YouTube channel operations, proxy configuration, VA or agency background, Google Workspace, Notion or Airtable.

Home office requirements

This role runs on your own equipment, so a capable setup matters:

PC: Intel Core i5 (8th gen or newer) / AMD Ryzen 5 or better
RAM: 16 GB recommended (8 GB minimum) — multi-login tools run many profiles at once
Storage: SSD required
Internet: 100 Mbps or faster, wired connection preferred
Backup: a secondary internet source (mobile data is fine) and backup power if outages are common in your area
Extras: headset for calls; dual monitors are a plus, not a must

Full-time, 40 hours per week
Flexible start time with a few hours of overlap with US business hours
Paid time off after probation
