Dial A Mover is a fast-growing Australian moving and logistics company servicing residential and commercial clients across Australia. We handle thousands of customer enquiries each year and we are seeking a high-quality remote Inbound Sales Consultant to join our team.
This is not a call-centre job.
This is a consultative sales role where you will speak with Australian customers who are stressed, time-poor, and emotionally invested in their move. Your role is to guide them, reassure them, and convert their enquiry into a confirmed booking.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing all inbound leads via phone,
Answer inbound calls in a calm, confident, professional manner
Build trust and rapport with Australian customers
Understand the customer’s move details
Explain our service clearly and professionally
Overcome concerns and objections
Provide accurate quotes
Follow up leads until they book or decline
Book jobs into our scheduling system
Your voice and communication style represent our brand. You will be the first and most important point of contact for many of our customers.
English & Accent Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
This role requires excellent spoken English.
You must:
Speak fluent, natural English
Be able to think, respond and converse easily
Have clear pronunciation and professional phone manner
Be easily understood by Australian customers
An Australian-style accent or neutral international accent is strongly preferred.
You must be able to speak confidently on the phone for long periods without sounding robotic, scripted, or difficult to understand.
Applicants without strong spoken English will not be considered.
Skills & Experience Required
You must have:
Previous sales, call centre, or customer service experience
Strong phone confidence
Ability to explain services clearly
Ability to listen and respond naturally
Strong typing and computer skills
Experience using CRM systems (preferred)
A professional home setup with:
Stable internet
Quiet background
Headset
Computer
You must be reliable, punctual, organised, and professional at all times.

Hours & Pay
This is a long-term position.
You will work Australian business hours.
You will receive:
Hourly base pay
Plus performance-based bonuses for booked jobs
High performers will earn more.
