JOB OVERVIEW

Remote Appointment Setter — Speed-to-Lead Caller (US Hours)

CPayne Training is an online posture and movement coaching company helping US clients get out of pain for good. Our setters are the first live voice a new lead hears, so this role is all about fast, warm, professional phone contact and airtight follow-up.

Core Responsibilities

Speed-to-Lead Calling

Call all new bookings within 3 minutes during live coverage hours.
Double-dial if no answer, leave a tight voicemail, and send a follow-up SMS.

Appointment Confirmation & Qualification

Confirm date/time, Zoom logistics, and basic movement requirements.
Verify the main issue, how long it's been going on, and basic fit (no medical red flags).
Mark leads "green / yellow / DQ" in Go High Level using our decision tree.

Application Follow-Up (No Time Booked Yet)

Call people who filled out the form but didn't book.
Explain the free movement assessment in simple terms and help them grab a time.
Update notes and tags so the coaching and sales teams know what's going on.

SMS & iMessage Follow-Ups

Send short, personal text reminders before calls using pre-written templates.
Handle quick text replies: reschedules, basic questions, confirmations.

CRM Hygiene (Go High Level)

Log every call outcome accurately (reached, voicemail, DQ, booked, rescheduled).
Move opportunities to the correct pipeline stages (New, Confirmed, No Show, DQ, etc.).
Tag spouse/partner decision-makers and special flags (HSA questions, tech issues).

Quality & Script Mastery

Listen to your own call recordings weekly and improve.
Role-play new objection patterns with the team as needed.
Follow the script, but adapt your tone so you sound natural, never robotic.

Skills & Requirements

Must-Haves

Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent (you'll be speaking with US clients).
A voice recording sample of your spoken voice submitted with your application (see How to Apply below).
Fast response muscle: comfortable living in a world where a "3-minute callback" is the standard.
Previous experience in appointment setting, customer support, or phone-based sales for US/UK/AU clients.
Confident on the phone: you don't freeze when someone is confused, skeptical, or a bit grumpy.
Strong attention to detail: accurate notes, correct pipeline stages, and no "forgotten" callbacks.
Basic tech comfort: can work inside a CRM (Go High Level or similar), use Zoom, Google Sheets, and Slack, and record short Loom videos when needed.
Quiet working environment, stable internet, and a good headset.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in health, fitness, rehab, or coaching businesses.
Experience using Go High Level specifically.
Prior work for US-based online coaching or agency businesses.
Familiarity with US time zones.

How to Apply

Send us:

Your resume or a short summary of your relevant experience.
A voice recording (1–2 minutes) of your spoken voice. Introduce yourself and tell us about your phone experience as if you were leaving a voicemail for a new lead. Applications without a voice sample will not be considered.
Your available working hours in US time zones.
